Embassy Suites by Hilton Gatlinburg Resort

We loved this place. Pool was soo nice for afternoons after early am hikes. Kids loved the slide. The pool faces the forest which is really nice and relaxing. Also gives it a nice cool breeze when it’s warm out they also have a waitress from the restaurant that comes around to bring drinks and food so you don’t even have to leave the hotel and fight the downtown parking mess to get lunch or even dinner which we did several times. Food is decent. Their waitress is so sweet. We would definitely stay here again. Location is really close to most of the hikes that we were interested in and far enough away from town that it’s not crazy.

Excellent location, about half a mile from Gatlinburg shops. The indoor and outdoor pool was very nice, the kids loved going down the water slide. We were looking forward to the lazy river, but it was closed for repairs. But we will definitely be back next time! On our first night there we saw 2 black bears meandering down the creak from our balcony! What an experience. Service was great, everyone was super friendly! Thanks for the great experience and southern hospitality!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this hotel deserves it. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a very long time. The customer service here a lone will make you want to return The entire staff was very friendly, warm and welcoming you don't see this type of customer service anymore. The rooms are big and CLEAN. The building is beautiful. My little one is 3 so we didn't get a chance to go in the outdoor pool which has a slide and lazy river. However we did get into the kids pool that's indoors and loved it. The location is perfect maybe a 5 minute drive to the main strip . My only Con would be is when I arrived I went to the hotel that's located in the front which is the Hampton Inn I think you'll need a better sign especially because I was told it happens often. But that wasn't a big deal at all. And in the kiddy pool there are a lot of these little bugs I think it's because of the doors and windows being open but that didn't stop us from having fun. Book this hotel you will not be disappointed

Embassy Suites Gatlinburg offers a lot for families—beautiful, secure grounds with a relaxing lazy river, indoor and outdoor zero-entry pools, hot tub, and cozy fire pits that quickly became a family favorite. The free breakfast is a highlight, with made-to-order omelets, plenty of fresh fruit, and an evening snack reception that adds a nice touch. However, the beds were surprisingly uncomfortable, and we heard several other guests mention the same issue. Also, while some staff members were helpful, a few seemed annoyed by guest interactions, which took away from the welcoming atmosphere you'd expect from a resort. Overall, the setting and amenities are fantastic for families, but a few hospitality improvements would make the experience much better.

Had a fantastic experience here. The hotel is beautiful, the pool slide kept the kids entertained when we weren't exploring the park, plenty of places to hang out. Room service prices are more affordable than eating at many of the restaurants nearby. We had a suite with a balcony and it was so worth it. Mountain view and we saw bears down in the creek the first evening we were there. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. It's close enough to the main drag that you can walk, but there's also a $10 parking lot down the road if you don't want to. Absolutely will stay here again.

Kaylee was able to accommodate all our requests. She was able to switch our room after our first night. That kind of customer service should be rewarded! Hotel is clean and kid friendly. Location was nice as well, because if you get a room with a pool view you are about to enjoy some spectacular views of the Smokey Mountains! We had a great time!

It's absolutely my favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg, TN Great location with easy access to all Gatlinburg has to offer. Great staff who go above to accommodate all your vacation needs. I stay here several times a year since they opened, and my family from NJ will be coming for their 2nd time this August. Great breakfast for all guests who stay no charge. Happy hour every night. They have indoor and outdoor pools with a lazy river and slides. It sits next to a beautiful creek that flows next to it. Corn hole boards, fire pits, A must stay
